Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Order within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason. The cancellation window closes 30 days from the date you or an authorized third party (excluding the carrier) takes possession of the delivered Goods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method used during purchase. No additional fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days
• The Goods remain in their original packaging

The following Goods are not eligible for return:

1. Items custom-made or personalized to your specifications
2. Perishable Goods or items past their expiry date
3. Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed
4. Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
   
   

Please note that WholesalePalletHub does not offer product exchanges. All pallets are sold as-is and are subject to our standard returns and refunds policy outlined above

WholesalePalletHub reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions above. Please note that only regularly priced Goods are eligible for refunds discounted or sale items cannot be refunded unless prohibited by applicable law.

Returning Goods

The cost and responsibility of returning Goods to us rests with the buyer. Please send all returns to:

WholesalePalletHub is not liable for Goods that are lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the returned Goods or verifiable proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the return value will be issued once we receive the returned item. A gift certificate will then be sent to you.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before passing it on to you, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
